BE WARY OF HI FI CORP SALES> RATHER SHOP AROUND AND USE ESTABLISHED COMPANIES

Be wary of HI FI Corp marketing of products on sale. They hang a carrot out , accept the sale and they after a few days ,they then cancel the sale due to a price error. They then try to offer you a refund and say their terms and conditions allow at any time to cancel the sale due to an error on their side. Purchased a laptop on the 14/1/21 , payment done electronically immediately. Hi FI Corp issue an invoice with sales order number. 4 days later they call for the bank details to do a refund. No reason given . Reject the refund and a day later get an email wanting the details as they cancelled the agreement . They keep emailing for the details . I refuse to give it.

Its bad business practice , whether they do the marketing on purpose and then hope to upsell as they have you ? Surely their marketing / sales office would do checks and approvals before marketing goes out into the public domain? HI FI Corp do the honour as most corporate companies do and accept the error and supply the goods , it good customer service . BE WARY OF HI FI CORP SALES
