Be warned!!! Hifi Corp/JDG does not update credit bureaus

I took an account with Hifi Corp Bloemfontein and the account was settled in December 2017. Up to now Hifi Corp has not updated my account status with the credit bureau, especially Compuscan, Experian and Transunion only updated it last week after I disputed this creditor listing. In my credit records it shows I'm still in arrears of more than R24 000 and the last payment I did was July 2017. This is the only account that has *****ed my good credit report. I have been sent from pillar to post in my attempt to engage with Hifi Corp. They say Joshua Doore Group is the one that can update credit bureaus. This is a very bad treatment but one of the most big and famous companies. I'm now even scared of seeing their emblem, I don't enter their shops anymore because there are very cruel once they got your money.
