Bank charges and change debit order date

I'm not happy with how you conduct business. I can't be pay R100 for bank charges and monthly instalment because you come to my account early.I have explained many times that m getting paid late on the last of the month not early that day. I have sent several emails and calls to request to change debit order to be on the 01 but somehow it is impossible. M not happy at all. Refund all the bank charges and change the debit order to be on the 1st.
