Bad, worse, worst

: i bought a KIC fridge from Hi-fi corporation Kempton park on the 9th of November 2019. The fridge was leaking so i called them and spoke to Dikeledi Mathebe,who logged a job(15480) on the 9th of January, after i sent her several emails asking for feedback. to this day, no one has come to fix the fridge. On the 1st of February a technician came to check it, all he said was that it was blocked by ice. Someone will contact me during the week on the way forward. To this day, I'm still waiting for call while our kitchen floor is covered in water!
