Bad TV Showcase

<p>I am extremely disappointed with your TV department, as all of the TVs were playing extremely pixellated content. Nobody was able to show me any other content on the TVs, thus making none of the TVs buyable as they all looked like cheap knock offs. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to view anything else on the TVs I was interested in (there were neither FHD nor UHD content). I was even told that if I buy the TV and take it home I'll see that it's good quality. So I am expected to buy the TV to see if I like it? One of the TVs was showing black and white, snowy screen (but it was playing the exact same content as the other TVs). I was told that it's just the setting of the TV. UHM? This is not on. A company should not be selling TVs without showing what the TVs are capable of. It does absolutely zero justice to the brands that you are selling. ZERO.</p> <p>Even though I will probably go and buy my TV from another company, there must be some way in which you can show off the TVs you have so that people would actually want to buy them. Also, please train all the staff who are going to be helping customers with the TVs. The poor girl had to run up and down to find out about prices and specs for me. That's right, most of the TVs weren't even priced! </p> <p>Luckily enough there was a staff member from the gadgets section who could help me with some sound TV advice after I complained about the TVs showing ****py content. Nevertheless, I plan to take that advice and implement it at another company. </p>
