Bad Srvice

I purchased single beds on Hi Fi Corp Online platform on the 18th December 2024 already and I had to consistently make contact with them as my order kept showing in processing. I was then advised that the warehouse is out of stock and if I was prepared to wait. I agreed and again 2 weeks into the new year I had to make contact again ant today was sent an email that they so sorry for the inconvenience, but the warehouse are not making the product anymore and my monies will be refunded back to me within 7 to 10 working days even 15 if I am with Capitec - which I am. There was no asking if I want a different bed or can they make a different recommendation? I find their services very pathetic and poor and advise all people not to engage with Hi Fi Corp
