Bad servise

I bought a notebook in december and worked for 2 weeks so i took it back for repair and im wating 2 months now everytime another story , so yesterday they phoned me and said they are waitng for a repair payment of R900 ??? its new with a waranty ??? WHATS GOING ON !!!
