Bad servicw

Iam extremely upset with the horrible service i have receive from the n1 city branch! I purchsed a stove from them just over a year ago and about 4 weeks i went to report it, i have been to the store every week since reported and im am literally being ingnore by unprofessional staff and being made feel unvalued that after i spent more than R20 000 in your store this year and i was planning on making a few more purchases, but after the way i have been treated i dont think i will ever shop at this store again and to offer me something that was fixed will not be a solution because i literally used this stove once a week. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store.
