Bad services online!

I am extremely disappointed with services online!... I placed an order 6 days ago... Store policy states that items will be received in 2 to 5 days... I laid a complaint and got no response... I called the nearest store and they said that the last 3 laptops had just been sold and they are out of stock... Why couldn't one of them get delivered to me??.. Mines was paid for 6 days ago. And now I have to wait an additional 4 more days
