BAD SERVICES AND FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a TV online and on the website it states that the delivery takes 2-5 working days , I have been waiting for the 9th day and a guy sent me a WhatsApp which is very unprofessional cause I didn't get a call. its the 0// but still no TV delivered and no feedback has been provided back to me.
