Bad services and bad communication

I bough a headboard and base set on the 26 of April 2025. I have paid cash for everything including the R300 delivery fee. On Tuesday 29/04 I have received a message that my delivery will be done on Saturday 03/05. Then another message come on Friday 02/05 that my delivery will take place on on Thursday 08/05 which they never deliver no communicate. On Saturday 10/05 I called the customer service whom then logged a call and confirmed that someone will contact me within the next 24 working our. today, I received another message confirming that delivery will be done on Friday 16/05. No phone call as they promised and I just keep on getting this messages confirming delivery date that never happens.
