Bad service, worse customerbservice, absolutely no pride

I will never support this place again and will surely make a statement to make sure that all my family and friends also do not use tgem including all companies i work with. Bought a lenovo laptop on 03.09.2019. on 05.09.2019 it does not switch on or nothing. Take it back the people have big attitudes as to why they dont want to replace it. It worked for a few documents then boom nothing. I dont want it repaired i want a new one as it is only 2 days old.
