Bad service .sommersetmall branch

On the 26 of April my and my partner bought sound system from them of 2100 it had no box. Remote was not packaged with it we had to ask shahied for the remote. He gave us a dummy instead .after 8 days later it's giving me problems they can't fix it won't give me my money back.
