Bad Service regarding returns

On 9 Dec 2024 I ordered the Volkano Retro Series Turntable as a christmas gift for my daughter. Upon opening it on Chistmas day, we noted that none of the items that were supposed to be included as per the packaging, was in the box. We did not receive the following items: power adapter, usb cable, spary styluses, aux cable, rca cable and manual. Only the turntable was in the box. On Monday 30 Dec I logged a query via email. Modjadji Mailmela from Pepkor sent a reply on 2 January requesting photos (did not make sense because it was not damaged, it was missing items, and how do you take photos of missing items). I sent photos of the turntable though. On 6 Jan I followed up as I received no futher feedback. I was told a courier would collect the item, and I would either be sent a replacement item, or be refunded. Again no reply, and no courier has collected anything, or contacted me. I sent another follow email this morning, and was advised in a very curt and short email that Head Office will contact me. I requested feedback as to their turnaround time as this is unacceptable.
