BAD SERVICE ON DELIVERY

I placed an order online for a tv and paid for it immediately. The delivery date said from 2-6 working days. This was on 18th of May2020.

I have contacted them numerous times querying as to WHY I have not received the goods yet that I paid for without any straight forward answer. It is now the 26th of May and I still do not have the TV. Is this what you call decent service. I don't think so.
