Bad Service. No delivery for online purchase

I placed an online order with Hifi Corp Carnival Mall, with a stated delivery of 2-5 working days, this was on the 5th of August. Till today, I have not received my order. I've wasted R200 on airtime following up the order, but I keep being told my order is still at the warehouse. I have escalated the issue, with promises of the manager to call me. No word. What's frustrating more is that there is no word or apology from Hifi Corp on why there is a delay. I am beyond appalled with the service. This is no way to treat a customer
