BAD SERVICE/ MISSING ONLINE ORDER

I am so upset and angry, I ordered online and opted for a click and collect,when I went to the store to collect the items in amazimtoti I was told they can not find my Oder ,it in Springfield and in Springfield they also advised it not in their store ,I then decided to call customer service and I was told the order is in amazimtoti and now we have to drive back to the store from Pinetown and we wasted our petrol on Sunday because we were told they don’t have the order 😡😡😡😡😡 the service is horrible 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
