Bad service - horrible experience HIFI Corporation Rustenburg.

I purchased a brand new Sansui double door fridge from HIFI Corporation Rustenburg North West branch in Aug 2020. Since I have sent it in twice for not cooling properly. I have to buy fresh produce every second day as it goes off within 48 hours after purchase. I have reported this last week Tuesday (09 Feb 2021) for the 3rd time. They logged a call out at the branch for the company to come and collect it for the 3rd time for repairs. I said to them that I don't want it any more. Either refund me or let me choose a different one as I have a suspicion that it is the SANSUI models that are giving problems. In their store are many sansui products that has been brought in for repairs. BRAND NEW! They have still not fetched it for repairs. I am paying for an item which I cannot use. This is very poor service and I am a very unhappy customer. Will will make this clear on each and every platform where possible and put the names of the individuals who have assisted me as well.
