BAD SERVICE HIFI CORPORATION WONDERPARK

I bought play station 5 and 2 controllers. And one controller was mulfunctioning we took it back at Hifi Corporation wonderpark mall where we bought it *** was given to us on 25 November 2024 the store said they will take it to the manufacturer but we called the store the store said it was never taken anywhere, imagine the poor service we are receiving from Hifi corporation to date.
