Bad service HiFI corp, Greenacres, Port Elixabeth

I bought a Tapo Link Vacuum Robot from HiFi Corp online (Greenacres branch) and requested a refund after returning the item. It’s been 1 week, I was told that it will take 24 hours and I’m still waiting for my refund. Every time I follow up, I get excuses or no response. This is unacceptable and against the Consumer Protection Act. I’m escalating the matter to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud if not resolved urgently.
