Bad service Hi-Fi Corporation

I bought a fridge DEFY 6 months ago from Hi-Fi Corporation in Klerksdorp Monday night when I came home everything was defrost I phone them and they told me I just have to wait (can take 5-7days) my question is how can I wait so long, this is day number 3 today, I lost all my meat. I phone DEFY but they said they can't do anything I have to wait for Hi-fi Corp. If I use a private person I lose my warranty. so what must I do ???????
