Bad service from staff. ***********

I recently took a credit at hifi corp atterbury with my wife. We took more than 10 items from them as the credit was approved, They promised to deliver the items the next day and I took a leave from work so that they can find someone at home. When the delivery guys came they only new about tv and a tv stand. I did call them and know one new what the hell was happening but atleast managed to sort the delivery the next day. I did not open the tv the day they delivered and when I opened in on Saterday(02 Nov 2019) the TV had a crack and I immediately called them. They said they will deliver a new one on Monday (04/Nov/2019). Around 4 pm on Monday I did call and they said they don't know about that they will make a delivery. Today I did call again and still they don't know about the delivery. I am really disappointed on how hifi corp atterbury staff treat people.
