Bad service from Nkuna Sales Manager

Yesterday i went to return a faulty Sansui 55 inch tv at Hi Fi Corp. Nelspruit... upon arrival i was assisted by a very rude gentleman who a staff memeber told me he is the Sales Manager...the guy was plain rude and had no intentions of assisting us as your product did not meet our expectations...he told us to wait for 21 days for the tv to be assessed even though suppliers are closed....

When i tried explaining to him that its festive we have visitors in our house and we can not wait for a month for a tv that we paid for...he smiled and told me that its notbhis problem and i can go report him if i wanted to as hebis used to handling customer complaints and my problembis that i am very high.( not sure what he meant)

Our tv should have been replaced with a brand new one right there as there by your return area there’s two more similar models returned....

If I don’t get a call asap to come fetch a new tv i will tell everyone that i know never to go buy at your store again
