Bad service from management at Hi fi corp Carnival Mall

I called the shop this morning to find out about the procedure on booking my TV for repairs and I was told by the receptionist to bring the TV to the shop when I got there the manager Calvin Mashego at Carnival Mall told me to take back the TV because they didn't have space for my TV and that my Tv is too big . he was very rude and told me that I was too loud for him and he just walked away and left me standing.I wonder if that's how he deals with all customer's complaints cause this was unprofessional.Im not happy with the service at all.
