Bad service from Hifi Corp

Bad service from Hifi corp online shop. i bought a fridgw via their online shop on the 28th of November and i was told via email that delivery will take 2-5 working days. After a week i received an email telling me to wait for a call from an 021 number..A week has passed no phone call and when i call that 021 number there is no answer. I called one of their shops in Springfield they gave me an 086 number no answer there as well. This is the worst service ever... I also sent an email complaining yesterday...No response.
