Bad service from Hifi corp

Terrible service from Hifi corporation in clearwater mall, I ordered a kettle online and was told my order is ready for collection, upon my arrival I was told the item was not in stock, how does this store process my order and then inform me that it is ready for collection and then I get there and my paid order is not there????! I waited over 15 minutes for my order while the staff ran up and down
