bad service from hicence and hi fi

i received very bad services from hi fi as well as hicsense i both a fridge in December last year and Had problems with it ever since i hade 3 technician to come and check the fridge already. the 2de once replaced the thermostat how ever the problem continued, the top part of my firge keep on freezing and some days does not make cool at all the last technician was the worst i still Had food in my fridge and he sprayed some type of flammable spray in my child food was in there open and had to be thrown away i went to report this by hi fi and was advised that the technician did not log this visit he was also very rude and had a bad attitude i went back to hi fi they then advised they will be booking another visit for Wednesday the 25th of November i stayed out of work but no one turned up i reported this and was only advised that they will look at this this is very bad services I'm tired of going in cycles already please help and get this sorted
