Bad Service From Hi Fi Corp Westgate

I purchased a Hisense fridge 18 Jan 2018 at Hi Fi Corp Westgate branch, the fridge was delivered the same day great service. fast forward December 2018 the fridge decides to freeze up on the fridge part, I went to the branch to find out if maybe i am the only one encountering such and i was told to bring the slip or tax receipt which i did email to Dhiren till date no response. i went there again on the 20th Jan 2018 spoke to a lady and a guy which they said they were managers but i still did not get helped.
