bad service from hi-fi corp

On the 24th December 2022, I bought a tv online for R6999 the total amount was R7516.50 which includes tv license. Service is bad, since then they keep insisting that I must pay TV license. The communication is terrible and no one is willing to help. I must say Hi-fi Corp service is traumatic and this is my very last time dealing with it.
