BAD SERVICE FROM HI-FI CORP

Poor level of service, ZERO 0 STAR. I ordered a Russell Hobbs Breakfast set and a Fridge on the 27th November, it’s now 2 weeks going on 3 and I have not received my order. I got a call from customer care asking how I’m enjoying my product. I call Hi-fi call every day to track my order they always tell me that they are escalating my query. an agent calls to tell me when my delivery will be made but on the day they set they dont deliver, i've missed work a couple of times because of them. I am ANGRY, ANNOYED AND I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM HI-FI CORP.
