Bad service form Hi Fi corporation

On 30 Nov 2022 i bought a valcano smart watch. Unfortunately it got stole by the courier that Hi Fi corporation mafikeng use. This was a Christmas present and I needed to buy a new one to give as a Christmas present. Since the i am struggling to get a refund out of Hi fi corporation. Each week they promise a refund vut no refund as yes This is very bad service.
