Bad service

Well i bought a tv nw its nt wrking i went there 2 report thy said thy will snd some1 to cum and chck my tv bt no 1 came nd no1 called me..so i went 2 the store yesterday 2 ask wats really happening the guy who hlpd me ws Karabo so he tld me tat da report came bck saying thy came nd thy fixed my tv.i jst dont understnd i cnt go bck thr whrelse my tv is nw wrking.Karabo came wit a solution tat i mst bring my tv so tat i can gt da new 1 bt thn thy dnt hve stock so i will gt da 1 thy displayed.As a customer im TOTALLY NOT HAPPY bcoz i hve w8 4 another week witout my tv.hifi fRom SOUTHGATE
