Bad service

So I spent the whole day contacting Hifi corporation regarding my order with Payflex today and no one knows what's going on or can help me with my son's phone that I ordered hoping I will pick it up on the 01/08 since I placed an order on the 30/07. Payment was confirmed but the agent Faith Makhaye from Payflex is so unhelpful she phone me once and after that she has been sending automated emails telling me about cancellation. Very bad service from both Payflex and Hifi corporation.
