Bad service ever🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I have ordered a mist fan online on the 12 December 2024. Even today is the 24 December 2024 I haven't received my order. No communication from them. I have tried calling i waited for more than 45 minutes on the line to be assisted. The consultant told me the right department will call me with 24 hour. It's even 2 days no call from them.
