Bad service

Since the so called "Massive Sale" have been announced there was certain items which I could not purchase on line. Now it shows out of stock although when I tried to purchase it, it would not allow a purchase. When I was successfully in purchasing an item I received a SMS to confirm that my order is on its way. Three days later I am informed that I need to wait longer as it might take up to 5 days. You just need to ensure that you are available as they don't inform you when the delivery will be. Maybe they should take a tip from other service providers who inform you of the date on which your item will be delivered. If you log in and follow it shows that the item cannot be found. If you phone the call centre the assistant asked you if you have waited between 2 - 5 days as it can be any time.
