Bad service

I went to, Hi Fi corporation about 12H38 for a quotation, I enter the shop looking for service I met a consultant at the floor, I told him about my query and he said I must go and wait for him at Tv department and he will assist and as I walking into the store I met h again and he said he coming

I never got service up until 13H00 I did know what to do after and I went out of the store

This service he gave me is very bad
