Bad service

What a horrible service from your courier service, they were supposed to deliver my stove on 02/05/2026 and I waited the whole day wondering what time would they arrive to me, I missed their one call at 17:29 and when I returned it after 14 minutes they told me they left 🤯🤯🤯 after calling me once ? And they didn’t even contact my alternative number, so why do we provide alternative numbers? Unfortunately for you, you met a customer that HATES bad customer service, I expect my refund to be processed first thing Monday morning.
