Bad Service

this store has debited me for an item i did not take , they said they sent a cancellation request since the 2nd of this month i keep calling and no one has a cooking clue when i will be refunded nor when will i get confirmation that i have cancelled. instead they are sending me confirmation for another debit. i want my money back!
