Bad service

Bad service - went to east gate branch to try and apply for a contract phone however no one assisted me as the lady said it her knock off time which I understood and the lady who was supposed to assist with the application she was at the back and I was told she's on the call she cant come and assist and I must come back today.

They didn't understand that some of us work far and stay far when I'm in the store I am hoping for assistance this was yesterday at 17:00, how can one say they on the call they cant even attend to us even the shop has only one person on the floor to assist all the clients walking in which i personally think its not fair.
