Bad service

I am very disappointed in the service from hi first corporation, i purchased a twintab machine on the 17 October 2024 and currently still waiting for my order, no communication. The manager's dont call back, calling customer service they have no idea why there is a delay, they keep saying will log a querie ,but nothing comes about it. Its so frustrating . they keep sending an sms saying the order will be delivered today but then nothing gets delivered ! I will never buy at this store again! Worst service ever! I will tell all my family and friends not to buy from this place
