Bad Service Delivery

I bought a Hisesnse Plasma TV from Hifi Corporation Wonderpark, and was told that they had no stock, I was adviced to pay for it, and will have to come the following week to collect it. I went there 6 days later, no TV. The only answer I got was they placed an order but do not know when they'll receive stock. No one called me to let me know that they have issues with their supplier. I payed cash for my product, i understand if the product is out of stock, but it can't be out of stock in all stores around the country. I'm never coming back to this store again.
