Bad service

Bought a fridge on the 18th of December 2019 online. They said that delivery is between 2 and 5 working days. On the 30th December I chatted to them and was promised that I will receive a sms and phone call from their complaints department. It's the 2nd of January 2020 and after endless attempts to get them to contact me... nothing happened. I did get a reason of some sort. Someone figured out that Kempton Park is not close to Rosslyn. Seriously!
