BAD SERVICE, DAMAGED GOODS, NO RESPONSE

I'm getting no response or help from the customer care department I ordered a fridge on the 24th of December and it was delivered on the 28th of December

The fridge is not working at all the delivery guys unwrapped and I haven't put anything in fridge I put the fridge off last night as it was making strange noises.

Spoke to a guy by the name of David from the woodmead department and he said he would speak to his manager Sholba He said that he would get back to me, but hasn't. ive tried numerous times to call and get hung up on as well I was advised to do this by your customer service department
