Bad service

On the 20th we bought a Toshiba LCD from Hi-Fi corp in vanderbil president hyper, we understood that the tv was on the floor it m8t have few scratches, however the matter was worse because the TV was on the floor it ddnt have a box so they rapped it with plastic, which in this case could have caused the damage to the LCD as it is a sensitive part, my mother took back the TV however they refused and said once the TV is out their shop they don't take responsibility for it and just read the Ts and Cs behind the receipt, you could tell that the manager is just profit centric and ddnt care about the damage or hw we felt nw we are stucked with a TV dats not working, we thought the shop will meet us half since everything happened within few hours
