BAD Service BAD Products

Worst experience I have had with a company I regret purchasing an equipment from them I thought they are a reputable company but I was wrong.

I ordered#*** a Ryobi Inverter Generator Max 1200W Open Frame on the 28 December 2023, they delivered on the 3rd January 2024 upon receiving the generator I discovered that it was not working.

I logged a fault #*** the generator was collected on the 10th January 2024 today is the 30th January 2024 I haven’t received feedback on what’s going on when I reach out to HiFi Corp it’s either ok ignored or told I will be contacted I was supposed to receive an exchange item as the generator was taken back before 14 days at this point I just want my funds back they can keep their faulty products and I will never purchase from them again.
