bad service

I have been contacting your office to follow up on my order. Yesterday I was informed that the delivery would take place today. However, it is now this time and I have not received any call or update.

I called again today and spoke to Sam, but instead of assisting me he muted the call without providing an answer.

If you are unable to deliver the order as promised, please arrange a refund of my payment so that we can make alternative arrangements with another supplier.

I would appreciate your urgent feedback.
