Bad service at president square hi fi corp

ive been to hi fi corp last weekend at president square the service we received is absolutly discusting. We wanted to open an account the lady walked up and down for almost an hour with our papers and did nothing on the system then she dissapeared and then she would start checking the docs and leave again . The chairs they want us to sit on is like a bar chair that is of a high sort and being not tall how the hell even its on slippery tiles. We took our papers and left. service is poor bad all in one
