Bad Service at HiFi Corporation-Park Meadows

We purchased an Acer laptop from Park Meadows Bruma in October 2019 within months it started having problems, we eventually sent it for repairs in October 2020 a major part of the laptop was replaced indicating that the product had factory faults. Within a month after its 1st repairs, the computer crashed again and was sent for repairs. We received a quotation with an assessment for parts that needed to be replaced and labour. The problem began when we had queries about the assessment of the laptop as it was now out of guarantee .The company quoted ; they said liquid had been spilled on the laptop. Which we categorically deny. Inquiries sent directly to the branch via emails were not responded too from Mid-January till the 1st week of February until we got hold of someone via phone calls. We received an apology via email and were provided with an email and a number to contact and direct our queries too. From then on we sent emails to those contact details and called numerous times with no luck. We also forwarded the query to the customer services email and there was no response. On the 15 February, there was an agent who answered the call said that we were given the incorrect number as they are the contact centre for Bradlows and we were told to contact the store directly. We contacted the store number of times and spoke to 3 different agents and while they were attending to my query their lines would automatically cut off. Between 15-17 February 2021 have contacted that number about 13 times and would experience the same issue and I was told that my query was being forwarded directly to the Store Manager to attend to it and they would be in contact within 24 hours. That has never happened till today 6th April. We have waited patiently for a response which has not been forthcoming. This shoddy service is not acceptable and we demand that the Acer Computer be replaced as the model we purchased is obviously faulty.
