Bad service at hifi Corp Oakdene

I bought a TV on the 15.12.19 on laybye and when I paid my installment for May I told the store il be collecting the fridge on the 25th of June to order it for me, cane the 15th I had to call the store manager Lawrence everyday and it was as if they were not willing to assist me at all and eventually on the 11.07 20 I collected the fridge to my surprise it wasn't working after turning it on and when u called the store that this is an obf they told me they don't have stock and started ignoring my calls and when I call I could hear on the background telling the staff to take the message I am really disappointed to have paid for something that is faulty and the store doesn't want to exchange and the cpa states that they need to exchange because is still within 7 days of purchase
