bad service at HIF COORPARATION

I bought theTV(hisense) at HIF cooparation Thohoyandou Thavhani Mall ,the TV just stopped working and it has warranty of two years,we all know the till slip feid (rubbed off ) and i throuh it away as i cant keep the feided slip i have bank staments that shows the purchase and now they in order for the to fix the TV i must bring that Feided slip . i have tryed to involve their head office but no luck .

And what i have picked up is that Thohoyandou hif coopartion staff they have thier own machinis of which they bennefit from them buy giving the bussines or customers .becouse before u even esplain your complain the just told me we have Technictian in the house but the private one .
